Xi'an United Pressure Vessel Co., Ltd. (UPV) is an independent legal entity and a holding subsidiary of Northwest Institute for Non-Ferrous Metal Research. Formerly known as the Explosion and Welding Research Institute of Northwest Nonferrous Metals Research Institute, it was one of the early major units in China specializing in the research and development of rare metal welding and equipment manufacturing technology.
With a registered capital of 150 million RMB, the company holds Production License of Special Equipment P.R.C A2 Class, Production License of Special Equipment P.R.C Pipeline Fittings Manufacturing, Civil Nuclear Safety Equipment Manufacturing License ASME-U Stamp and PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) certificate.
UPV specializes in the custom design and manufacturing of custom fabricated ASME vessels including heat exchangers, reactors, columns/ towers, tanks, and pipeling fittings,and the materials include tantalum and tantalum alloys, zirconium and zirconium alloys, titanium and titanium alloys, nickel and nickel-based alloys (Hastelloy, Monel, Inconel), as well as clad materials, carbon steel, stainless steel,etc. Our products are manufactured in strict accordance with standards, following both Chinese standards and international ASME standards.Our products are popular in the domestic market and exported to countries such as Indonesia, Finland, Poland, Papua New Guinea, India, Japan, South Africa,etc.
