2. HSE Objectives
1. Safety Objective: Achieve zero accidents and zero injuries,Prevent workplace accidents and health issues.

3. Environmental Objective: Reduce resource consumption, waste generation, and harmful emissions during production processes.Ensure effective implementation of environmental protection measures.
4. Training Objective: Ensure all employees receive regular HSE training and effectively implement related procedures.
3. Responsibilities and Authorities
• Management: Responsible for establishing and implementing the HSE policy, providing necessary resources, and ensuring effective execution of the policy.
• HSE Department: Responsible for the execution and supervision of the HSE policy, providing technical support and training.
• All Employees: Adhere to the HSE policy, participate in HSE training, and report potential hazards and non-conformities.
4. Implementation Measures
• Risk Assessment: Conduct regular workplace risk assessments and take necessary measures to control risks.
• Training and Communication: Provide HSE training programs to enhance employees' safety awareness and skills.
• Accident Reporting: Establish accident reporting and investigation mechanisms to address incidents and hazards promptly to prevent recurrence.
• Environmental Management: Implement resource conservation and waste management measures, monitor environmental impacts, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Safety Operating Procedures: Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure safe operations.
5. HSE Inspection and Audit
• Internal Inspections: Conduct regular internal inspections to evaluate the effectiveness of the HSE management system.
• Management Review: Perform an annual review of the HSE management system to assess the achievement of objectives and the effectiveness of improvement measures.
• External Audits: Undergo external audits by certification bodies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
6. HSE Document Management
• Document Control: Establish document control procedures to manage the preparation, review, issuance, and revision of HSE documents.
• Record Keeping: Maintain HSE-related records such as training records, inspection reports, and accident reports to ensure traceability and effectiveness.
This HSE policy will be reviewed and updated annually to ensure its relevance, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
